All trades are certified, licensed, insured and in good standing with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Ontario (WSIB) and are qualified with required trade licenses as mandated by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and the Ontario College of Trades Provincial Compulsory Trade Licensing Program.

Home Renovation is inconvenient and stressful. We take every step possible to maintain the timeline agreed upon at the outset. We include you in any unforeseen disruptions that require decisions or that will create a delay. All materials are selected, ordered and procured before the project starts to maximize project efficiency. We use signed Change Orders to support clear communication on any variances from Quote or work required.
